I870 Oakland celebrates conscious style and hella civic pride.  Our nostalgic designs have a vintage vibe and are a nod to Lake Merritt as the first wildlife refuge in North America.   Every item is screen printed by hand using enviro-friendly water based inks. A percentage of our proceeds are donated to The Lake Merritt Institute.  

1870 Oakland is a collaboration  between owner, Brooke Bundgard, Oakland born artist, Jason K. Lind and local illustrator, Perry Shirley.
